Hello, my name is Robert Noël I am the owner and chocolatier for Chocolate Guild. I
began Chocolate Guild in February of 2006 and have been updating it with new chocolate knowledge and recipes ever since.
This site is designed for all the chocolate lovers out there. You can learn all about how chocolate is grown and made
along with great chocolate recipes all designed and created by me.
As a chocolatier I was classically trained
through Western Culinary Institute where I recieved my Le Cordon Bleu Certificate of Baking and Pastry Arts. After my
training I worked as a chocolatier and confectioner for Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Colorado. After spending
some time in the kitchen my interests and study turned to the actual growth and production of fine chocolate.
Because of my wide range of experience in chocolate I was able to put together this site for everyone to enjoy. If you
